All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or by a responsible adult 25 years of age or older who has written authorization from a parent or guardian.
No fake/toy weapons of any kind, no heavy layering of clothing that allows concealment, no masks that cannot be easily removed, and face painting must allow for venue to properly check and verify identification. Any costume item on the head must be removed during access searches.

Only the following bags are allowed:
- Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags (maximum size: 12"x6"x12")
- Small clutch bags approximately the size of a hand (maximum size: 4.5"x6.5")
