What is the Live Nation Concert code and how does it work?

The Live Nation Concert Cash code ("Code") is redeemable only on the Live Nation website located at www.houseofblues.com/clubcash. The Code is a one-time use only voucher code good toward dollars-off final ticket purchase for a select concert at a participating Live Nation owned or operated venue in the United States, based on availability under this program. Code must be redeemed by 11:59 PM PT on June 30, 2020, while supplies last. Limit one code per transaction. Please see Terms of Use at www.houseofblues.com/clubcash to see program exclusions

Where do I redeem my Code once I’m on the code redemption site?

For Concert Tickets, select your preferred venue, event and ticket locations. Once you cart your preferred tickets, enter your Code in the ‘Voucher Code’ field on the Payment Page.

What does it mean if the concert I want to see isn't listed on the www.houseofblues.com/clubcash redemption website or if the event states ‘unavailable’?

If the concert you want to attend is not listed or states ‘unavailable’ it is because it is not a participating concert or the concert is sold out.

Please check the website frequently during the season to learn about the latest updates as events are added.

I went to LiveNation.com but couldn’t find the www.houseofblues.com/clubcash page. Where can I find it?

To access the Live Nation Concert Cash page, enter: www.houseofblues.com/clubcash into your browser window. You cannot access the Code redemption page directly from the Live Nation homepage.

How can I purchase a Live Nation Concert Cash Code?

Live Nation Concert Cash Codes are not available for sale.

Am I automatically signed up for a newsletter subscription when I register my Code?

No. If you would like Live Nation to email you a weekly concert calendar for all other Live Nation events in your area, you may also register for My Live Nation at www.livenation.com.

How long is my Code valid?

Your Code is valid through 11:59 PM PT on June 30, 2020, while supplies last. Limit one Code per transaction. Please see Terms of Use at www.houseofblues.com/clubcash to see program exclusions.

My Live Nation Concert Cash Code was lost or stolen. What do I do now?

Unfortunately, lost or stolen Codes cannot be replaced.

My concert was cancelled. How do I get my Live Nation Concert Cash Code back?

How close to the date of the concert am I able to redeem my Live Nation Concert Cash Code?

You may redeem your Code no later than 72 hours prior to the show, depending on inventory.

Can I request that my tickets be available for pick up at will call?

Yes, if it is an option offered at the venue and selected event.

I never received an email confirming that my tickets will be held at Will Call. Can you resend it?

If you haven’t received your email ticket confirmation please check to make sure that it didn’t end up in your Bulk Mail folder. Can I redeem my Live Nation Concert Cash Code at the venue or via mail?

Codes may only be redeemed online at www.houseofblues.com/clubcash.

I printed my tickets and now have lost them. May I reprint my tickets?

You may reprint your tickets for personal use only. Please note that the unique bar code printed on each ticket will allow access to only the first ticket with that code to enter the venue.

Can I use my Live Nation Concert Cash Code for reserved seating?

You can use your Code towards final ticket purchase for all applicable shows at the select Live Nation venues for this program, while supplies last. Dollars-off final ticket purchase will be identified after you enter your valid voucher code.

Are there any additional fees associated with the Live Nation Concert Cash Code?

There may be additional service and parking fees charged for each ticket and shipping charges.

Can I redeem multiple Live Nation Concert Cash Codes at the same time?

No, you can only redeem one (1) Code at a time. One Code per transaction.
